VOLT Associés advised the lenders (Crédit Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne, Crédit Lyonnais, BNP Paribas and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels) in connection with the financing of the primary LBO of Hueber Assurances, a leading insurance brokerage group in France, marked by the entry of Oddo BHF as a minority shareholder alongside the founders.
