The VOLT Associés team is delighted to have supported Thibaut Hyvernat and Sterimed’s management team in the recomposition of its capital alongside IK Partners and Sagard, leading the management, supported by a group of new investors brought together in a dedicated entity and represented by Thibaut Hyvernat, to hold around 42% of the capital and take control of the group’s governance, together with IK and Sagard.
The VOLT Associés team was led by Lucas d’Orgeval (partner), Samuel Berrebbi, Jean-Baptiste Afchain and Pierre-Baptiste Godon (associates) on corporate aspects and Stéphane Letranchant (partner), Gontran Souweine and Pauline Alvarez (associates) on tax aspects.
