VOLT Associés advised ARLANE, majority shareholder of Eliis since 2024, and management on the sale of the company to Seequent, a subsidiary of Bentley Systems (NASDAQ GS: BSY).

Founded in 2007 in Montpellier, Eliis develops seismic interpretation software used by oil & gas and geothermal players to understand the subsurface.

The VOLT Associés team comprised Emmanuel Vergnaud (partner), Gamliel Senoussi, Antoine Lhomme and Julien Humas (associates).
