VOLT Associés advised the lenders, led by Crédit Agricole Touraine Anjou, on the financing of the acquisition by MBO+, through its MBO Capital 5 fund, of a majority stake in Kami, alongside its management team, Nadège Paumier, Samuel Falk and Stéphanie Roy.
Founded in 1991 within the LVMH group, Kami designs and manufactures made-to-measure uniforms for the sales teams of leading luxury houses. The company covers the entire value chain, from design through to delivery to boutiques worldwide.
