VOLT Associés advised the banking pool composed of Crédit Agricole Aquitaine, Banque CIC Sud Ouest and Société Générale in connection with the financing of the LBO of Société des Eaux Minérales d’Arcachon (Eau des Abatilles), marked by the entry of NextStage AM as majority shareholder alongside the management team.
This transaction supports a new phase of development for eaux Abatilles and La Source des Pins, in particular by backing their growth ambitions and premiumisation strategy.
