Traineeship offer – Private Equity / M&A

VOLT Associés’s Private Equity / M&A department is looking for a trainee to intervene in corporate law with a french and foreign customers.

By joining us, you will be required to work on acquisition transactions (and in particular LBO), mergers, restructuring, sale of assets or financial securities, external growth, majority or minority shareholdings, joint venture agreements, corporate amalgamations and fundraising.

Your missions will be:

– extensive legal research and analysis,
– drafting of legal acts and consultations,
– audit work, preparation and participation in meetings and closings.

Your training :

You hold a postgraduate degree in corporate law, business law or DJCE, possibly completed with a business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP), Sciences-Po Paris or LLM abroad and you have solid knowledge of corporate law.

Experience:

You justify one or more significant internship(s) in law firm or company.

Traineeship offer – Tax

VOLT Associés’s Tax department is looking for a trainee to intervene in national and international taxation matters and in capital and assets legislation with french and foreign customers.

You will intervene on all files (research, drafting of documents, audits, meetings, closings).

Your training:

– Master 2 Tax Law, or
– Student Lawyer, or
– Student in 3rd cycle, or
– Graduated from IEP/Business School  with tax training.

Traineeship offer – Finance

The Financing department of VOLT Associés is looking for a trainee to work on banking and finance law for French and foreign clients, including banks, debt funds, investment funds and listed and unlisted companies.

Fully integrated, you will be required to work on financing transactions in the context of LBOs, refinancing, external growth transactions or debt restructuring, both on the lender and borrower side, assisting the team in the drafting of all contractual documentation relating to the setting up of a credit, the preparation of closings and the drafting of audit reports.

Your training:

– Master 2 Business Law / Financial Law / DJCE,
– Possibly completed by a business school, Sciences-Po Paris or an LLM abroad,
– Student lawyer would be a plus.

Experience:

You have one or more significant internships in a law firm or company.
