VOLT Associés advises C4 Ventures in DASTRA’s financing round

DASTRA, a specialist in data governance and regulatory compliance, has announced a €4.3 million fundraising round to accelerate its growth in Europe and integrate artificial intelligence features into its SaaS platform. The funds were raised from C4 Ventures and ADNEXUS, among others.

The VOLT Associés team was led by Hervé Bied-Charreton (counsel) and Pierre-Baptiste Godon (associate) and Stéphane Letranchant (partner) and Camille Dumas Gontran (associate) on tax aspects.

The VOLT Associés team is delighted to have supported Thibaut Hyvernat and Sterimed’s management team in the recomposition of its capital alongside IK Partners and Sagard, leading the management, supported by a group of new investors brought together in a dedicated entity and represented by Thibaut Hyvernat, to hold around 42% of the capital and take control of the group’s governance, together with IK and Sagard.

VOLT Associés Advises Fitness Park on Strategic €280 Million Refinancing with Carlyle

VOLT Associés advised leading fitness group Fitness Park on a €280 million strategic refinancing arranged with Carlyle. This landmark transaction will support Fitness Park in accelerating its expansion both in France and internationally, while reinforcing its position as a European market leader in the fitness sector, with a network of 350 clubs and 1.3 million members.

The refinancing is also accompanied by the acquisition of 20 additional clubs, further strengthening the group’s geographical footprint.
