VOLT Associés advised Fleet founders Alexandre Berriche and Sevan Marian on the minority stake acquisition by ISAI as part of a primary LBO of the Fleet group, which specializes in leasing IT and office equipment to businesses.
The teams were composed of Emmanuel Vergnaud (partner), Antoine Lhomme (associate), and Maxime Mesquida (associate) on corporate aspects, Stéphane Letranchant (partner) and Camille Dumas (associate) on tax aspects, and François Jubin (partner) and Maia Rideau (associate) on financing aspects.
