VOLT Associés advised the lenders (BNP Paribas, Crédit Lyonnais, and Crédit Industriel et Commercial) in connection with the second LBO involving Doohyoulike, the advertising agency specialist, with PolEquity becoming a minority shareholder alongside the founders, a few managers, and the Ideki family office.
