VOLT Associés advised the banking pool composed of Crédit Agricole Aquitaine, Banque CIC Sud Ouest and Société Générale in connection with the financing of the LBO of Société des Eaux Minérales d’Arcachon (Eau des Abatilles), marked by the entry of NextStage AM as majority shareholder alongside the management team.

This transaction supports a new phase of development for eaux Abatilles and La Source des Pins, in particular by backing their growth ambitions and premiumisation strategy.

VOLT Associés acted as lenders’ counsel on the structuring and implementation of the financing.

VOLT Associés advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Lyonnais and BRED Banque Populaire in connection with the management buy-out (MBO) of the Kaviari Group, a leading player in the import and distribution of high-end gourmet products, notably caviar. The shareholding reorganisation is structured around a management duo, alongside IdiCo, Bpifrance, UI Investissement and IRD.
